HTC One Mini 2 Information:

The HTC One Mini 2 was officially announced by HTC on May 15th, 2014, and later released at the end of the month for Asia, Europe and the Middle East, while hitting the U.S. on Verizon Wireless as the HTC One Remix in August. The One Mini 2 carries on the tradition for HTC with a second mini flagship device, bringing the same style and build materials in a smaller size to an already great handset. Like all mini devices it came with slightly lower end specs than the original, larger flagship, but that's to be expected. The HTC One Mini 2 carries the same metal unibody design as the M8, although with different internals and no duo camera setup.

For specs, the HTC One Mini 2 features a 4.5-inch Super LCD2 capacitive touchscreen 720 x 1280 resolution and 326 ppi, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. On the back it features a 13MP camera with auto-focus and LED flash, and on the front it carries a 5MP camera. On the inside the HTC One Mini 2 features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core CPU clocked at 1.2GHz, with an Adreno 305 GPU running the graphics. It has 16GB of internal storage with expandable storage up to an additional 128GB via the microSD card slot and 1GB of RAM. The HTC One Mini 2 supports 2G, 3G, and 4G LTE networks. For connectivity it supports Dual-Band WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and NFC. For the software the HTC One Mini 2 comes running Android 4.4.2 Kit Kat with HTC Sense UI on top, and an already planned upgrade to Android 5.0 Lollipop, and it's powered by a non-removable 2110 mAh battery.

HTC One Mini 2 Editor Rating:

The HTC One Mini 2 is a great adaption of the of the HTC One M8 for those who want a device with good specs and hardware but want a smaller display. Having the ability to hold the phone and use it in one hand is a major strength of the One Mini 2, and the same metal unibody design keeps it looking just as premium as the larger flagship M8. The 13MP camera should also take a decent picture, which gives the phone some extra appeal to those who love taking photos with their phones.
