Samsung Galaxy S20

The Samsung Galaxy S20 is available from most carriers: AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile. In addition to Amazon, Best Buy and Samsung.com. If you are looking to get an unlocked model, the best bet is going to be Samsung.com. Verizon will be selling the Galaxy S20 "later this Spring", because it is a Sub-6 5G smartphone, it doesn't work with Verizon's current 5G network. But a mmWave version will be available for Verizon in a few months.

While the Galaxy S20 does cost $999, Samsung is offering a freebie for everyone, no matter where you buy it. While you can no longer get a credit to Samsung.com, you can still get four months free of YouTube Premium. Which isn't too shabby. Amazon is still bundling the DUO Wireless Charger & Galaxy Buds for free with the Galaxy S20 series.

Finally, the Samsung Galaxy S20 is available in cosmic gray, cloud blue and cloud pink. Best Buy will have an exclusive color once again, and it's blue. It's a darker blue than the cloud blue that Samsung is selling.

Samsung Galaxy S20+

The Galaxy S20+ will be available at Amazon, Best Buy, Samsung.com, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon. There are payment plans available from the carriers as well as Samsung for the Galaxy S20+.

With the Galaxy S20+, you can still get four months free of YouTube Premium. Which isn't too shabby. Amazon is still bundling the DUO Wireless Charger & Galaxy Buds for free with the Galaxy S20 series.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra

Samsung will have the Galaxy S20 Ultra available on its website, as well as at Amazon and Best Buy, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon. There are also payment plans available from all of the carriers as well as Samsung.com, so you don't have to pay for it all at once.

Like the Galaxy S20+, the S20 Ultra does come in two storage variants, but on the 512GB model the RAM is up to 16GB. So for 128GB you'll pay $1,399. And for the 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage model, you'll be forking over $1,599. This is not a cheap smartphone, but it does have literally everything.

You can still get four months free of YouTube Premium. Which isn't too shabby. Amazon is still bundling the DUO Wireless Charger & Galaxy Buds for free with the Galaxy S20 series. Since the credit to Samsung.com is no gone – as that was a pre-order only bundle.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra is going to be available in two colors only: cosmic gray and cosmic black. It seems that the fun colors were saved for the Galaxy S20 and S20+.

Wrap Up

Amazon currently has the best deal for the Galaxy S20 series, offering you the DUO Wireless Charger and the Galaxy Buds for free – and with that wireless charger you can charge the Galaxy S20 and Galaxy Buds at the same time. Which is pretty neat.

Carriers are still offering up BOGO and trade-in deals for the Galaxy S20 series, which is great for those that need multiple Galaxy S20s or want to get rid of their older phone.
