Amazon has a great deal on the Sony 55-inch X90K 4K Google TV, bringing it down to just $998. That’s going to save you $300 off of its regular price. That does bring it down to an all-time low, and makes this a really great time to buy.

This is an LED TV, will full array backlighting. That’s going to allow for deeper blacks, though not quite as deep as a MiniLED or OLED TV would. However, Sony does use its XR Contrast Booster 10 for real-life depth and detail on this one.

Inside, there is Google TV. Sony has been all-in with Google’s TV software for many years now, and is starting to make the switch from Android TV to Google TV. That’s going to give you access to thousands of your favorite apps. That includes HBO MAX, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, YouTube TV, Sling TV and so much more. It also has AirPlay 2 support along with Chromecast. Google Assistant is built-in, along with Amazon Alexa. So it does have something for everyone here.
