Having the themed icons on Android 12/13 is nice, but the only thing is that not all of the icons follow the material You design language. As stated, Google has changed its icons, but now it’s time for third-party apps to update their icons.

Right now, there are a handful of apps that already use themed icons. For example, there’s Reddit, LinkedIn, Bundled Notes, VLC, WhatsApp, and Pocket Casts just to name a few. However, there are plenty of popular apps that have yet to update their icons. This could make for a pretty eclectic home screen.
