Google set to release December update for the Pixel 6 series
Last week, Google rolled out the December update for Pixel 3a to Pixel 5a. On the same day, the company promised to release a similar update for Pixel 6 also.
Last week’s update for Pixel 3a to 5a added many new great features to the phones, including Pixel feature drop. Through the Feature drop, users can open the Snapchat camera by only tapping the back of their phone two times.
Google Pixel 6 and 6 Pro were one of the most anticipated smartphones of 2021. They both came with a new design, an impressive camera, and many cool features. However, they were badly affected by software bugs and made Google work on updates to fix the issues. We’ll have to wait until December 13 and see whether the new update can solve the annoying bugs on Pixel 6 phones.
The update is now rolling out to some devices. You can check manually to see if it’s available for your own device from settings. Or just wait for it to come through.
