This Music Video Was Shot Entirely With A Pixel 6

Pixel 6 Japanese music video

Google started shipping Pixel 6 and 6 Pro to consumers recently, and the first music video shot entirely on the Pixel 6 appeared. This is a Japanese music video from a pop artist Fujii Kaze.

The team that shot this video received the device in advance, as Fujii Kaze teased this music video hours before Google even announced the devices. He released a 15-second teaser back then, but not a full video is available on YouTube, and embedded below the article.

This Japanese music video was shot with a Pixel 6

This is a pop song, and it’s called “MO-EH-YO”. The song is not what interests us, though, but the video itself. And well, it looks really good. It has a duration of 4:30 minutes.

Now, one thing to note is that this video was probably heavily edited before being released. This footage did not come straight from the camera, and that’s it. Every single video of that type gets edited, so… keep that in mind.

We also presume that whoever shot this used gimbals, amongst other equipment. The quality of the video is great, not only when it comes to the footage itself, but the frames and everything in between.

We presume that the “Pro” model was used

We presume that this video was shot with the Pixel 6 Pro, not the Pixel 6, but who knows. The two phones have the same main and ultrawide cameras, and footage from those cameras should be the same. The Pixel 6 Pro does have the advantage of a telephoto camera, though.

Both of these phones come with Google’s first-ever mobile SoC, the Google Tensor. They also ship with Android 12 out of the box, and have a brand new main camera on the back.

These two phones are quite similar, in a number of ways. The Pixel 6 Pro does have a curved display, though, in addition to having that extra camera, and a better display. It also comes with a larger battery, and more RAM. Slightly faster wireless charging is also included, but other than that, they are the same. They are even similar in regards to size and weight, but the Pixel 6 is much more affordable.

We’ve already reviewed both the Pixel 6 and 6 Pro, in case you’d like to know more.
