We’ve been writing about Punishing: Gray Raven for a couple of months now, and that continues today because the launch of the game is today for Android and iOS devices.

If you missed some of the previous coverage, Punishing: Gray Raven is a cyberpunk-themed action RPG with Anime-style visuals. It plays similarly to games like Genshin Impact and Honkia Impact 3rd. But with seemingly more flair. There are lots of impressive things about the game that make it worth a try. However, the stylish combat is chief among them.

This is also a gacha style game which means there are going to be tons of characters to acquire. Some of them you may be able to get for free. While others you may only be able to acquire through the purchase of premium currency for pulls in the game’s gacha system. Such is the way of gacha games.

But, as Genshin Impact has proven, gacha games aren’t all bad. They can actually be a lot of fun while also being very rewarding.

The launch of Punishing: Gray Raven comes with some sweet gifts

If you pre-registered for Punishing: Gray Raven before its launch today, then you’ll be on the receiving end of some in-game rewards. And, Kuro Game says that the pre-registration was so successful that it hit every single tier goal that was laid out. So that means the stack of rewards is going to pile high.

Some of the gifts include an exclusive skin for the Lucia, as well as in-game currency and upgrade materials. This is a free-to-play game, so if you end up not liking it you can simply uninstall it. But it’s definitely worth a try if you like action RPG titles with beautiful combat.
