Samsung, today, released a new color for the Galaxy S21 Ultra – about six months after said device went on sale.
Starting today, the Galaxy S21 Ultra will be available in Navy Blue, and it will be exclusive to Best Buy. Which makes sense, as it is one of their colors in their logo. And we’ve also seen Navy Blue colors be exclusive to Best Buy in the past.
It’s a nice color of blue for the Galaxy S21 Ultra, so you can add some color to your phone without really making it stand out.
It’s the same Galaxy S21 Ultra we all know and love
The color is the only thing that is new here for the Galaxy S21 Ultra though. All of your favorite features are still here. That includes that 6.8-inch QHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, the Snapdragon 888 5G chipset, with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage (you can upgrade to either 12GB or 16GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of storage). It also has that monster 5000mAh capacity battery inside.
The Quad-Camera setup is still present on the back. Which includes the 108-megapixel main sensor which can take some really sharp images. Then there is two 10-megapixel telephoto sensors, with one being a periscope telephoto that is capable of 10x optical zoom. And finally, we have a 12-megapixel ultrawide sensor.
Even six months later, we still think that the Galaxy S21 Ultra is contender for smartphone of the year. Though that could change, as we are only halfway through 2021 still.
This new Navy Blue color joins the Phantom Black, Phantom Silver, Phantom Titanium and Phantom Brown. A bit interesting to see that Samsung did not call it “Phantom Navy”, and instead just stuck with Navy Blue.
You can purchase the Navy Blue Galaxy S21 Ultra from Best Buy today, and if you activate today, you can get it for just $999.
