According to some new information, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE will arrive alongside two foldable smartphones, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3, of course. This information is quite surprising, and contrary to previous reports.
Samsung may release the Galaxy S21 FE alongside the Z Fold 3 & Z Flip 3
The information comes from Yonhap News, from Korea. It says that the Galaxy Z Fold 3, Z Flip 3, and S21 FE will all be released in August. Samsung is allegedly planning to do that in order to fill the Galaxy Note series void.
Based on the information provided by Yonhap, this move is being discussed within Samsung. If it does happen, that means that the Galaxy S21 FE will arrive approximately 10 months after its predecessor.
The Galaxy S20 FE was released back in October last year. Though, truth be said, it was announced in September. Based on the provided information, all three phones may even be announced in August, not July, as it was initially claimed.
The Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3 were rumored to get announced in July, and the Galaxy S21 FE on August 19. It seems like all three phones may be announced in August, after all.
All three phones leaked in one way or the other
Quite a few pieces of information about all three devices surfaced already. The Galaxy S21 FE appeared in CAD-based renders not long ago. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3 appeared in some images recently as well.
The Galaxy S21 FE will resemble its predecessor to a degree. It will essentially look like a blend between the Galaxy S20 FE and Galaxy S21, which is something we’ve expected to happen. Its backplate will probably be made out of plastic.
The Galaxy Z Fold 3 is rumored to include an under-display camera on its main display. The Galaxy Z Flip 3, on the other hand, will utilize a display camera hole on its main display. It will feature a larger cover display, though.
