ASUS has shared several promo videos on YouTube, to show us the differences between the ZenFone 8 and 8 Flip. As most of you know, these two smartphones got announced yesterday.

These ASUS ZenFone 8 series promo videos show their designs & features

One of the videos is dedicated to the ZenFone 8, the other to the ZenFone 8 Flip, and the last one is basically the main promo video for the ZenFone 8. Each of these videos is pretty short, and it does allow you to take a closer look at the devices.

The ASUS ZenFone 8 was arguably the main star of ASUS’ launch event. This is the compact flagship that Android users have been waiting for, it seems. You can read more about it in our review, it truly is a great phone.

That being said, if you take a look at the video embedded below, you’ll be able to take a closer look at the phone. This handset is made out of metal and glass, it has a display camera hole, and a flat display.

The device is quite compact, and it’s very powerful as well. The ZenFone 8 is fueled by the Snapdragon 888, Qualcomm’s most powerful processor. It supports 5G, and has a 4,000mAh battery on the inside, as highlighted in the video.

30W fast wired charging is supported by the ZenFone 8, while a 5.92-inch fullHD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate is also a part of the package. The video also shares some information about the phone’s cameras.

The ZenFone 8 Flip is considerably larger than the base model

The ASUS ZenFone 8 Flip, on the other hand, is considerably different. This phone is larger, and it has a flip camera system at the top. That automatically means it does not have a display camera hole or notch, as you can see in the video below.

This phone also comes with the Snapdragon 888, and it has a built-in optical fingerprint scanner. A 5,000mAh battery is also highlighted, as is the phone’s auto panorama feature, and some other camera-related features.

Both of these smartphones are quite compelling in their own right, and the ZenFone 8, in particular, exceeded our expectations.
