The ASUS ZenFone 8 and 8 Flip flagships will launch tomorrow, and while we wait for that to happen, the ZenFone 8 price tags have been revealed. The information comes from 91mobiles and Sudhanshu (tipster), and it tips price tags for all three ZenFone 8 variants that we’ll get.
The ASUS ZenFone 8 price tags have been revealed, the phone’s pricing is set to start at €700
According to the source, the ZenFone 8 will arrive in three different variants. The based model will offer 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and cost €700. The middle-of-the-road model will include 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, and cost €750.
The most expensive ASUS ZenFone 8 variant will include 16GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. That model will set you back €800 according to the provided information.
Needless to say, this pricing is quite aggressive. The ASUS ZenFone 8 will be the company’s flagship smartphone, alongside the ZenFone 8 Flip, and its base price tag is well below the €1,000 mark.
The ASUS ZenFone 8 is set to feature a 5.92-inch fullHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Gorilla Glass Victus will protect it, while the phone will be fueled by the Snapdragon 888 SoC, it seems.
30W fast charging will be included, along with two rear-facing cameras
A 4,000mAh battery has also been tipped, and it will support 30W wired charging. Wireless charging likely won’t be a part of the package, but we’ll see.
The phone is tipped to arrive in two RAM variants, as mentioned earlier, while two cameras will sit on its back. Those cameras are rumored to be 64-megapixel (Sony’s IMX686 sensor) and 12-megapixel (ultra-wide and macro) units.
A 12-megapixel front-facing camera was also mentioned, and the same goes for a 3.5mm headphone jack. A set of stereo speakers will also be a part of the package, while Android 11 will come pre-installed. ASUS’ ZenUI skin is expected to be pre-installed on top of Google’s OS.
The ZenFone 8 Flip will also arrive, and it will be a larger variant of the ZenFone 8, with somewhat different specs. You can read more about it by clicking here.
