As of now, a lot of Samsung phones have already grabbed April 2021 security update. In line with this one more Samsung phone, the Galaxy A71 is now picking up the latest April security update.

Samsung phones are always the first in line to bag the latest security update. In fact, Samsung has beaten Google on several occasions by pushing the latest security updates.

While Samsung has to maintain a huge portfolio of devices, it has done exceedingly well in terms of pushing the One UI 3.1 update for eligible phones, and side-by-side rolling out timely security updates.

Notably, the LTE variant of the Samsung Galaxy A71 is picking up the latest April 2021 security update. This is ahead of the 5G variant which picked up the One UI 3.0 Android 11 update back in February.

Just like every other Samsung security update, this one also fixes all the security vulnerabilities on the device. For more information, you can check out the official Samsung Security Bulletin for the month of April.

Moreover, Galaxy A71 LTE is the first one in the mid-range lineup to bag the latest April security update. We expect the Galaxy A71 5G to also join the bandwagon soon.
