HMD Global has launched a new Nokia smartphone in the US, and it’s priced at only $120. The device in question is the Nokia 1.4, a device that originally launched back in February this year, while it’s available in the US now.

It took it over two months to arrive to the US, but it’s finally here. This is an extremely affordable smartphone, for those of you who are looking for an entry-level phone. The device is available to purchase directly from Nokia, and was in stock at the moment of writing this article.
The Nokia 1.4 is made out of plastic, though it doesn’t look bad at all. The phone features a waterdrop display notch, and its bottom bezel is the thickest. The rest of them are not that thick at all.
The phone includes a flat display, and a rear-facing fingerprint scanner. The company’s branding is also imprinted on the back, while the device sports two cameras on the back.
The Nokia 1.4 features a 6.52-inch HD+ (1600 x 720) IPS LCD display. The phone includes 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage (expandable). The Snapdragon 215 fuels the device, Qualcomm’s quad-core SoC.
Android 10 Go edition comes pre-installed on the device
Android 10 comes pre-installed on the device, but the Android 10 Go edition. In other words, this phone runs Google’s software adapted for devices with lower-end specifications, so that it runs better. Also, an upgrade is planned to Android 11 Go edition.
An 8-megapixel wide-angle camera sits on the back, along with a 2-megapixel macro camera. A 5-megapixel selfie camera is also included, along with a 4,000mAh battery.
The phone does include an audio jack, which is a rarity for phones these days. It does not come with an NFC, though, so keep that in mind when deciding whether to get it or not. The phone measures 166.4 x 76.7 x 8.7mm, while it weighs 178 grams.
