Amazon has just taken the wraps off of the new slew of Fire HD 10 tablets, that start at just $149.
The Amazon Fire HD 10 provides an octa-core 2GHz processor, with 3GB of RAM and a 10.1-inch Full HD display. This display is now 10% brighter than the previous generation. The overall tablet is thinner and lighter this year, and has more uniform bezels too.
You’re also going to get all-day battery life here, with up to 12 hours. And it is available in 32GB and 64GB models.
What’s this new Fire HD 10 Plus all about?
The Amazon Fire HD 10 Plus is a slightly more upgraded tablet from the company. So for $30 more, you’re going to get 33% more RAM at 4GB. You also get a more premium finish, with a soft-touch finish and a high-quality feel. And there’s also hassle-free wireless charging available. There is a new wireless charging dock from Amazon that you can buy for the Fire HD 10 Plus, that will also work with Show Mode.
Amazon is also offering a Productivity Bundle for either tablet. This includes a detachable keyboard case, and a Microsoft 365 Personal Subscription for 12 months. That subscription will get you 1TB of OneDrive Cloud storage, and of course access to Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and much more.
The Amazon Fire HD 10 is priced at $149, and it is available in black, denim and lavender colors. The Fire HD 10 plus is priced at $179, while the Anker wireless charging dock is going to cost you $49.99.
Finally, the Fire HD 10 Productivity bundle starts at $219. There are also accessories available for both tablets that you can pre-order now. Pre-orders are open for all of these tablets and they will start shipping by May 26.
