ADT sells the Google Nest Mini, Nest Hub, and Nest Hub Max now according to the company news release. ADT says that this is the next evolution in its partnership with Google. Customers will be able to purchase these Google products from ADT now.

In addition to being able to purchase these devices, customers can also get them installed professionally by ADT’s network of smart home technicians. ADT goes on to explain how the integration of Google’s products in customer’s homes can help.

In the news release, the company mentions how customers will be able to say “Hey Google, disarm my security system.” Having your security system waiting to be summoned via voice will make things easier. If you walk in your house carrying your child or your groceries you can simply ask your security to be disarmed.


Google’s devices will be able to control customers ADT Command & Control and Blue by ADT smart home security systems. Customers will have the ability to arm and disarm their alarms, connect lights, locks, ADT thermostats, and get system status queries.

Customers who decide to use Google Nest devices to integrate into their smart home routine will be able to control ADT-compatible smart devices. Users will able to control these using the Nest Hub and Nest Hub Max touch controls.
