Xiaomi may launch two new flagships in mid-March, if a new tip is to be believed. We’re talking about the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro and Mi 11 Ultra. Those two handsets have already been rumored to arrive in March, and now some new info surfaced.

It’s March 10 at the moment, which means that these two phones are coming really soon, if this tip is to be believed. That’s a bit odd, as Xiaomi did not officially announce anything just yet.

The Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro & Mi 11 Ultra flagships are expected to launch in mid-March

The information comes from a Weibo tipster, though not one that we come across often, so take it with a grain of salt. Truth be said, Google translated his post as ‘Mi 11 Pro’ and ‘Mi 10 Pro Ultra’. We’re pretty sure the tipster meant to say the ‘Mi 11 Pro’ and ‘Mi 11 Ultra’. As most of you know, Xiaomi already launched one flagship smartphone this year, the Xiaomi Mi 11.

Well, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro and Mi 11 Ultra are expected to be more powerful than the Mi 11. Truth be said, they’re not expected to be a lot more powerful, as the Mi 11 is up there. Still, some improvements are expected.

The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra did surface a while back, and it has a different rear camera setup compared to the Mi 11. On top of that, it includes a tiny display inside its rear camera housing, which is quite interesting.

Both phones will be fueled by the Snapdragon 888 SoC

The two upcoming devices will be fueled by the same SoC as the Mi 11, the Snapdragon 888. That is the most powerful processor Qualcomm has to offer at the moment.

Both devices will be made out of metal and glass, and includes an in-display fingerprint scanner. A display camera hole is also expected on both devices, the same one that is included in the Mi 11.

Unfortunately, we still don’t have that many details about their specifications. Both phones will likely sport the same display as the Mi 11, though, a 6.81-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. More information will probably follow soon.
