Motorola is on a spree launching new smartphones this year. Notably, after releasing the Motorola Edge S in China a couple of months ago, the company is all set to unveil the device in Europe with the name Moto G100 5G.

While there is no official announcement yet, as per Spanish retailer ParaTuPC (via 91mobiles) the Motorola Moto G100 5G is expected to come with an affordable price tag.

Notably, the Spanish retailer has listed the Moto G100 5G on its website with a price of €479. The phone carries the model number XT2125.

Assumably, this amount also includes the local taxes as well. So, we could very well estimate that the actual price of the device could be somewhere around $10 less than the listed price.

One thing is for sure, and that is the upcoming Motorola Moto G100 5G will be an affordable 5G smartphone. Moreover, considering the specifications that are rumored for this device, the price tag is very competitive.

For starters, the Motorola Moto G100 5G will be powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset. This is a welcome improvement over the Snapdragon 865 SoC that most of the 2020-Android flagships use.

Moto G100 5G is also rumored to come with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage

Since there is no official confirmation on the specifications of this device, there are several rumors that give us an idea of what this upcoming Motorola Moto G100 5G will pack.

The expectation is the phone will sport 6GB of RAM and will come with 128GB of onboard storage. However, there will be an 8GB RAM and 256GB storage option as well. But the price of this variant will be higher, for obvious reasons.

There will be a huge 6.7-inch 90Hz AMOLED panel, coupled with 5G connectivity. The front of the device will come with a dual-punch hole display that will house dual-selfie cameras.

For the rear camera setup, it is expected to pack a quad-camera setup. Supposedly, it will be the 64MP primary sensor leading the way.

As far as other cameras are concerned, it will be a 16-megapixel ultra-wide, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 3D Time-of-Flight sensor for better background blur. Besides, there is no information on whether the phone will come with Android 11 out of the box or Android 10.

Recently, Motorola unveiled the release date of the Motorola G100 5G. The device will officially launch on March 25. It will definitely sit on top of Motorola’s G lineup.
