Back in December last year, the same source showed us a first glimpse of the Huawei P50 Pro. That image did not share much, but these ones sure do. You can check out the phone from various angles.
High-res Huawei P50 Pro images confirm metal + glass build, egg-shaped camera housing
As you can see, the phone will be made out of metal and glass, which is something the source confirmed. The phone features a curved display, and extremely thin bezels. Based on these renders, the phone’s bezels will be uniform.
A centered display camera hole is a part of the design here, while all of the phone’s physical keys are on the right. Huawei’s branding is included on the back, as is a huge camera housing.
Huawei opted for an egg-shaped camera design on the back, which does protrude a bit. Two huge circular elements are included on the inside, but unfortunately, we don’t see the details. Inside those circles, the phone’s camera sensors are located. The image is too dark for us to see the sensors.
The phone will include a 6.6-inch display
The source also said that it doesn’t have any camera details just yet. He did, however, share some other details about the phone. The source says that the Huawei P50 Pro will feature a 6.6-inch display, and that it will be slightly curved.
An under-display fingerprint scanner will also be included, and it’s probably an optical one. The phone will feature stereo speakers, while an IR blaster will also be a part of the package, it is claimed.
The Huawei P50 series is expected to launch in mid-April, at least according to the latest information. The Huawei P50 Pro will be joined by the Huawei P50, and P50 Pro+, if the rumors are accurate. All three phones are rumored to ship with HarmonyOS, at least in China.
