The OnePlus 9E specs have just surfaced, and they reveal a 90Hz display, Snapdragon 690, and more. Before we get down to it, it’s worth noting that the OnePlus 9E is expected to arrive alongside the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro.
All three devices are expected to launch in March, though nothing has been confirmed just yet. The OnePlus 9E will be inferior to the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro, that’s for sure. If these specs are to be believed, it’ll be closer to the Nord series, than the company’s flagships.
Speaking of which, these specs do come from a rather unusual source, so take them with a grain of salt. Max Jambor did not share any specs regarding the device just yet, though he hopefully will soon.
This leak suggests the OnePlus 9E will feature a 90Hz display, Snapdragon 690 SoC, and more
This particular leak comes from Techmaniacs, from Greece. The source reports that the phone will feature a 6.5-inch fullHD+ (2400 x 1080) display, with a 90Hz refresh rate.
On top of that, the Snapdragon 690 SoC is mentioned, and a 64-megapixel main camera. An 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera is also tipped by the source.
The phone will allegedly feature a 5,000mAh battery on the inside, though charging speeds are not mentioned. This handset almost certainly will not feature wireless charging, though, but fast wired charging is expected. The device is said to sport 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage.
Some OnePlus 9 information also surfaced
Now, what’s interesting, is that the OnePlus 9 info surfaced as well, once again. It also comes from that Greek course, along with an alleged screenshot of the phone’s About Phone section, as shown below.
That screenshot suggests that the OnePlus 9 has the LE2113 model number, and that it will be fueled by the Snapdragon 888. It also says that we can expect a 6.55-inch display with fullHD+ resolution, and a 120Hz refresh rate.
48, 50, and 2-megapixel cameras are mentioned, as is 8 GB of RAM. This screenshot lists 128 GB of storage for the device, along with Android 11. Out of all this information, the camera sensors are probably inaccurate. The phone is tipped to offer two 48-megapixel cameras, but we’ll see. The rest of the information is probably accurate, regardless of whether this is a legit screenshot or not.
