Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy Tab S7 and the Galaxy Tab S7+ with flagship specifications. The company is also rumored to be working on new affordable Android tablets under the Galaxy Tab A series. Ahead of its official launch, the Galaxy Tab A7 10.4 (2020) was spotted on a Dutch website revealing the pricing.
As per the listing, the all-new Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 10.4 comes in LTE and Wi-Fi-only variants. While the Galaxy Tab A7 10.4 LTE comes with the model number SM-T505, the Wi-Fi-only variant bears the model number SM-T500.
10.4-inch Galaxy Tab A7 2020 pricing revealed ahead of launch
Apart from a slightly larger display, there might not be major differences between the 2020 Galaxy Tab A7 10.4 and last year's Galaxy Tab A 10.1. Last month, the LTE variant of the Galaxy Tab A7 with model number SM-T505 got listed on Google Play Console.
The Galaxy Tab A7 10.4 LTE with 32GB and 64GB of storage is mentioned to cost €293 and €323 respectively. Speaking of the Wi-Fi only variants, the 32GB and 64GB storage variants will be costing €235 and €266 respectively.
While the customers can pre-order the Galaxy Tab A7 10.4 (2020) now, the shipping date is specified as September 11. The 2020 Galaxy Tab A7 will be available in Gray, Gold, and Silver color options.
The new budget tablet from Samsung will be coming with a 10.4-inch display with Full HD+ (2000 by 1200 pixels) resolution. While the flagship Galaxy Tab S7 tablets came with AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, the affordable Galaxy Tab A7 will only get a usual LCD panel.
The 2020 variant will likely sport 7,040mAh battery
Under the hood, it packs the 11nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 Mobile Platform coupled with Kryo 260 CPU and Adreno 610 GPU. Both the 32GB and 64GB storage variants might include only 3GB of RAM. Also, there should be a MicroSD card slot for further expansion of storage.
The 2020 Galaxy Tab A7 will be running on Android 10 out of the box. Samsung recently confirmed to offer up to three generations of software updates for its flagship devices. Just like the select Galaxy A smartphones, the company might also apply the same update policy for these new budget tablets.
With all these specifications, the tablet will be powered by a 7,040mAh battery. While LTE is optional, the 2020 Galaxy Tab A7 will be supporting Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0. While there is no confirmation over the official launch date, these listing suggests it is going to happen very soon.
