Xiaomi Mi TV Master Is A Premium TV With 120Hz 4K OLED Display

Xiaomi has announced its flagship TV, the Mi TV Master. The Xiaomi Mi TV Master is the company’s premium offering, and the highest-end TV the company released thus far.

This sleek-looking TV comes with almost non-existent bezels, and features a large 65-inch display. More on that in a second. The TV is mounted on a stand, but it can always be placed on a wall as well.

The Xiaomi Mi TV Master comes with a beautiful 65-inch 4K OLED display

The Xiaomi Mi TV Master features a gorgeous 65-inch 4K (3840 x 2160) OLED display with a 178-degree viewing angle, and 120Hz display refresh rate.

This panel comes with 98.5-percent DCI-P3 color gamut, and 1,000 nits peak brightness. It does support HDR10+ content, while it also features MEMC, Dolby Vision, and 1ms response time.

This smart TV is fueled by the MediaTek MT9650 quad-core processor, which comes with the Mali-G52 MC1 GPU. The TV offers a professional gaming mode, and automatic low latency mode (ALLM).

DC dimming is also included in the package, and is variable refresh rate (VRR). The TV comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. Xiaomi’s Patchwall is also included in the package, while the TV supports Bluetooth 5.0 and WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz).

The TV comes with three HDMI ports (including HDMI eARC), two USB ports, S/PDIF, and an Ethernet port. 65W speakers are also included (2×12.5W left and right channels), 2x10W surround channels, 20W 50Hz ultra-low frequency subwoofer.

4-mic array for Xiao AI is also included, as is DTS audio. The TV offers a 98.8-percent screen-to-body ratio, while its bezels are 4.6mm thin. Such thin bezels are really rare to see on TVs.

This TV also sports self-luminous technology, and comes with AI master engine

This TV also comes with self-luminous technology, which basically means that it does not require the backlight of traditional LCD displays.

The AI master engine offers pixel-level dynamic picture quality adjustment, claims Xiaomi. That is achieved by an independent APU neural network computing unit for intelligent analysis, identification, and optimization of the picture.

It has 20+ image quality algorithms, and 5 major scene synchronization adjustments, done frame by frame. This TV's display can also be used as a message board.

This TV has been announced in China, and it is priced at CNY12,999 ($1,840). The Xiaomi Mi TV Master will go on sale starting tomorrow. It remains to be seen if it will arrive in any additional markets.
