Galaxy S20 Ultra Will Get A New Color Soon

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra is expected to get a new color fairly soon. If Ice Universe is to be believed. Ice Universe is usually pretty spot on with leaks and rumors regarding Samsung and other manufacturers, so it's pretty likely to be happening.

Not to mention the fact that Samsung does routinely re-release smartphones in new colors, months after it was first announced. So it is very likely that the Galaxy S20 Ultra will get a new color.

Galaxy S20 Ultra might actually get a non-boring color option

With the Galaxy S20 Ultra announcement, the biggest complaint that many of us had, was the colors it was available in. The entire Galaxy S20 lineup had some pretty tame colors compared to the Galaxy S10 and Note 10 series. But the Galaxy S20 Ultra was even lamer. Coming in just gray or black.

Especially after the Galaxy Note 10+ came in that amazing Aura Glow color, seeing the Galaxy S20 Ultra in just plain gray or black seemed pretty sad.

Though we will be getting a new color for the Galaxy S20 Ultra soon, but we don't know what color that is. Many of us are hoping that it is an Aura Glow-like color, as that would look pretty amazing on the Galaxy S20 Ultra.

It's also unclear when this new color will be available for the Galaxy S20 Ultra. And given the current situation impacting the entire world, it might be best to hold off on releasing a new color of the Galaxy S20 Ultra, and instead look at releasing other, cheaper and more affordable smartphones right now.

Galaxy S20 Ultra is still a beast

The Galaxy S20 Ultra is an absolute beast, with it's large 6.9-inch Quad HD+ Dynamic AMOLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset, 12GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It also has a massive 5,000mAh capacity battery inside which will keep the phone going all day long.

This is also the phone with that 100X zoom, also known as "Space Zoom", which is a pretty unique feature to have. And the Galaxy S20 Ultra has it. But all of this does come at a price, around $1400 normally. And we can't forget that it also supports 5G on all four US carriers. It checks every box, except for price, and given everything that this phone has, price was going to be high anyways. But we could see a price drop fairly soon.
