If you've been thinking about signing up for AT&T TV, now is a great time to do so, while we are all forced to Stay Home.
AT&T TV is the company's newest TV service, which starts at $49.99 per month. It is a sort of hybrid between a traditional cable service and a streaming service. This is because you can use AT&T's set-top box in your home, to use AT&T TV. But it is based on Android TV, so it's a pretty good box add to your entertainment center.
Since the set-top box is essentially an Android TV box, you are getting the Google Assistant built-in. And you can ask it to open up different programs and apps.
You'll be getting around 500 hours of cloud DVR. Not quite unlimited like YouTube TV, but that's definitely room for a lot of content that you can watch later on.
There are three plans available for AT&T TV. The first one is Entertainment which is $49.99, then Choice is $54.99 and XTRA is $64.99. Choice has all of the Entertainment channels, plus 20 more. And then XTRA has all of the choice channels plus another 20. So if you want all the channels that AT&T TV has, then XTRA is the way to go. You can check out the channel listings on AT&T's website here.
You can sign up for AT&T TV today and start streaming immediately. AT&T will send you the set-top box to use, but it is not required. And in this current climate, being able to start streaming right away is a big deal. And of course, not needing an AT&T technician to come in and install this hardware for you, is definitely nice.
You can sign up for AT&T TV today. Keep in mind that these prices will go up after your first year. So make sure you do read the fine print.
