Amazon is making it easier than ever to buy the LG G8 ThinQ, taking a whopping $350 off of the regular price. That brings the G8 ThinQ down to just $499.
At $499, the G8 ThinQ seems like a really good deal.
With the LG G8 ThinQ you're getting a flagship smartphone, with some pretty incredible specs. That includes a 6.1-inch Quad HD+ OLED display, the Snapdragon 855 chipset, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. There is also a micro SD card slot inside, in case you need a bit more storage.
When it comes to the cameras, there is a dual-camera setup on the back. So it drops the telephoto lens from the V40 ThinQ. There's a 16-megapixel main sensor and a 12-megapixel wide-angle sensor that is going to come in handy. Both of these have OIS as well, so you can say goodbye to shaky videos and blurry photos. And it now has a 4000mAh capacity battery, so you can use the camera all day long.
The LG G8 ThinQ has a few other interesting features, like the Time of Flight sensor on the front. This is going to give you some better portrait mode photos. But it also works with LG's Air Gestures. So you can do things like ignore a call, change the volume, switch songs and such, without touching the phone. It is actually a really nice feature to have when you're cooking and don't want to touch your phone.
This model of the G8 ThinQ is available unlocked. So it's going to work on all four US carriers. That includes AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint and Verizon. All you need to do is pop in your SIM card and you'll be all set.
