The Roborock S6 is a pretty good upgrade over the S5. So if your S5 is starting to get a bit long in the tooth and needs replacing, then this is the one to get.

It is still using lasers to get around your home and map out your home. It maps out your home so that it can see where it needs to clean and where it has already cleaned. This is actually a really big deal, especially for the selective cleaning feature. As you can tell the Roborock S6 to clean the living room. Since it has your home mapped out, it'll know where that is.
With the S6, you're getting longer battery life, which is going to be great for those with larger homes. Roborock says it'll clean up to three hours in Quiet Mode.
Suction is still pretty impressive here, coming in with around 2000Pa of suction. That's enough to lift AA batteries, so that's pretty darn strong. It's going to be really good for getting up pet hair as well as all the dirt and dust that might be on the floor in your home.
Roborock does still work with both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, so you can use your voice to tell the vacuum to start cleaning. This is all done in the Mi Home app that's available for both iOS and Android.
