The Roku Premiere is currently on sale over at Amazon, dropping back down to its all-time lowest price of just $34.99. This is good for $5 off of the regular price, not a huge discount, but it is worth picking up. At $40, this was already a steal, now at $35, it makes it an even better steal.

This is a set-top box that you can plug into your TV and stream all of your favorite movies and TV shows. Roku supports all of the major apps and streaming services. This includes YouTube, YouTube TV, Google Play Movies & TV, HBO GO, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video and much more. Roku touts that it has over half a million movies and TV shows available for you to stream.

Roku also has its own free (ad-supported) channel, that has a ton of great movies and TV shows available. And it just added Fubo's sports channel as well. So when we're talking about content, Roku has plenty.

The Roku Premiere does come with support for both 4K and HDR, allowing you to get a really good picture out of this streaming device. That is, of course, if your TV also supports both. If it does, then you're going to definitely enjoy the content that the Roku Premiere can show you. Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, Netflix and others also have 4K HDR content available.

If there's no 4K content being played, the Roku Premiere will up-sample the content on your 4K TV. So even though it is still 1080p, it'll still look pretty impressive. This is a really great device to take back to college this year, as you'll be able to watch all sorts of content while you're on the go.

You can pick up the Roku Premiere from Amazon by clicking here. You'll want to get it before it's gone, because this price will not last long.
