Hisense's Latest Android TV Just Got A Price Drop

Amazon has the Hisense 50-inch H8F Android TV on sale for just $349 right now. That’s $50 shaved off of its regular price. This is Hisense’s latest Android TV, only coming out a couple of months ago, and this is also the first time it has dropped in price, making this a really great time to pick one up.

The Hisense H8F is a really great TV, not only for $349, but period. We are actually in the process of reviewing the larger 65-inch model, so we can speak from experience here.

This TV has 4K HDR, and does also support Dolby Vision. There is also support for HDR10 and HLG, so you are able to get some pretty impressive colors out of this TV.

Hisense has gone with ULED for this panel, instead of OLED. So you’re not going to get those crazy black levels that you get on LG’s OLED TVs, but this is still a really good looking picture. You won’t be upset with this one. It will also auto-optimize the picture quality based on what you’re watch. So sports will be smoother, while movies might be a bit brighter, etc.

Of course, inside the H8F is running on Android TV, and it’s version 8.0 Oreo. That’s not the latest version of Android TV, but most Android TV units have not gotten Pie yet – the SHIELD TV only just got it today. So it’s still pretty up-to-date. With Android TV, you’re going to be able to watch content from all of your favorite apps. That includes Netflix, Hulu, Google Play Movies & TV, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube and much more. This makes this TV a cord-cutters dream.

You can pick up the Hisense 50-inch H8F 4K Android TV from Amazon by clicking here. This price likely won’t last long, so you’ll want to grab it before it’s gone.
