The OnePlus 7 Pro is not really a secret anymore, as the company has been teasing the device for a while now, while a ton of leaks surfaced as well. Roland Quandt, a well-known tipster, actually shared some more info regarding the phone, its full spec sheet and even its price tags for European markets.
Let’s tackle the phone’s specs first. The source claims that the phone will feature a 6.67-inch QHD+ (3120 x 1440, 516 PPI) Fluid AMOLED display. That display will offer variable refresh rate, with a max of 90Hz. Below the phone’s display, you’ll be able to find an in-display fingerprint scanner.
The device will be fueled by the Snapdragon 855 64-bit octa-core processor, which will be clocked at 2.84GHz. The phone will ship in 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB RAM variants. The 6GB RAM option will include 128GB of storage, while the 8GB and 12GB RAM models will ship with 256GB of storage. Just to be clear, all OnePlus 7 Pro variants will include UFS 3.0 storage, and be the first in the market to do so.
The phone will include two SIM card slots (2x nano SIM), but it will not support storage expansion. Bluetooth 5.0 will be included in the package, and the same can be said for stereo speakers, which will be a first for OnePlus, as not a single OnePlus phone offered stereo speakers up until now.
On the back of the device, you will be able to find 48-megapixel (Sony’s IMX586 sensor, f/1.6 aperture, OIS), 16-megapixel (wide-angle camera, f/2.2 aperture, 117-degree field of view), and 8-megapixel (telephoto lens, 3x optical zoom, f/2.4 aperture, 78mm focal length) cameras. Laser Autofocus and PDAF will be included here as well, and the same can be said for Continuous Autofocus (CAF). Along with those cameras, the OnePlus 7 Pro will include a dual-LED flash on the back.
A 16-megapixel camera (Sony’s IMX471 sensor, f/2.0 aperture) will be included on the front, though this will be a pop-up camera. A 4,000mAh battery will also be included in the OnePlus 7 Pro package, and it will support OnePlus’ 30W Warp Charge. Wireless charging will not be included.
The device will measure 162.6 x 75.9 x 8.8mm, while it will weigh 210 grams, claims the source. Android 9 Pie will come pre-installed on the phone, along with OnePlus’ OxygenOS Android overlay. Roland Quandt also shared price tags for the European markets, though it seems like pricing will not be the same in all of Europe.
For most countries in Europe, a 6GB RAM variant of the phone will cost €699, while the 8GB and 12GB RAM options will set you back €749 and €819, respectively. In some markets, like Spain, the base model of the device will cost €709, the 8GB RAM options will be priced at €759, while the most powerful option will cost €829.
The source has also confirmed that the 6GB RAM model of the OnePlus 7 Pro will be available in a single color option, Mirror Gray. The 8GB RAM option will be available in all three colors, Mirror Gray, Almond, and Nebula Blue, while the top-of-the-line unit will ship in Nebula Blue variant only. The OnePlus 7 Pro will become official on May 14, along with the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro 5G.
