Vivo will announce a new smartphone with a pop-up camera on the same day Samsung is scheduled to unveil the Galaxy S10 line, February 20, the company said. Vivo already shared the design of the smartphone, its name, and teasers, whereas the pop-up camera itself has also been seen recently.

This device will be called the Vivo V15 Pro, and its front-facing camera will raise from the phone's body once you activate it in the app. The device will also include three cameras on the back, in case you were wondering, but only its front-facing camera will be moving. Speaking of which, we're looking at a 32-megapixel camera here, that's all the info that Vivo shared regarding it.

Vivo has actually shared two video teasers for the Vivo V15 Pro, one on Facebook, and one on YouTube, both of which are showing the motion of the phone's front-facing camera. The video on YouTube was published by Vivo India, which is the first country this phone will arrive to, it seems, and that video features Vivo's brand ambassador, Aamir Khan.

Now, if you take a look at the provided image above, you will be able to see the device itself, as its full design is shown here, more or less. The phone will be made out of metal and glass, and its back side will be curved. An extremely thin "chin" will be located below the phone's display, and other than that, this phone will not include any bezel. An in-display fingerprint scanner will be included in the phone, while its rear-facing cameras will be vertically-aligned, and below the top rear-facing camera an LED flash will sit.

The phone's display will sport rounded corners, while Vivo's logo will be located on the back of this phone. All the physical keys will be included on the right-hand side of the Vivo V15 Pro, and we're looking at power / lock, volume up, and volume down buttons here. The device's loudspeaker will sit on the bottom of the device, and a 3.5mm headphone jack will not be included in the package.

This phone actually got benchmarked quite recently, and that listing confirmed that the device will be fueled by the Snapdragon 675 64-bit octa-core processor, and that at least one of its variants will ship with 6GB of RAM, and chances are only one variant will be announced. Recently-surfaced Amazon India images do seem to confirm a 48-megapixel sensor will be located on the back of the device, and that is basically all the info that we have thus far.

It is quite clear that this phone will be quite affordable considering what it has to offer, it will probably cost less than Rs. 30,000 $420 in India. The device is shown in a Blue color in materials that are shared here, but chances are it will be available in a number of color variants, including a gradient color variant, as that seems to be the trend now when it comes to smartphone colors. More info will probably leak soon regarding this phone, as its launch event is almost two weeks away at this point.
