Verizon has announced its Black Friday deals that start on Thanksgiving and last through Cyber Monday. These are some of the biggest deals that Verizon has ever done. Starting things off, Verizon is taking $400 off of the price of the Google Pixel 3, Samsung Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9+, Galaxy Note9 and LG V40 ThinQ. And this discount comes without needing to trade-in your current smartphone. That brings the likes of the Galaxy Note9 down to $599, the Pixel 3 starting at $399, and the LG V40 ThinQ starting at $580. This deal actually ends on Black Friday at midnight, but over the weekend you can still save $200 on these smartphones. Still not too shabby of a deal. In addition to that, all smartphones over $400 will be $200 off of their regular price. That makes this a great time to upgrade your smartphone.
Verizon is also discounting the Palm, taking it from $349 to $199. Remember that this cannot be a main phone, it is essentially a connected device that you can add to your plan. That will cost you $5 per month, and it'll use the data plan associated with your account - if you don't have unlimited data. It also works with Verizon's new NumberShare so that you can use your phone number on your device as well as the Palm, which is a pretty neat feature to be honest. Especially if you need to take your phone with you to the gym, but don't want to take a huge phone like the Galaxy Note9 with you, you can take something smaller like the Palm with you and still answer the phone if you need to, or send text messages and such.
Even though Verizon has some sweet deals on smartphones, it is not stopping there. You can also get the Google Home Hub for $99.99, or the JBL LinkView for $149.99. Both of these are great smart displays with the Google Assistant built-in. However, if you are looking for one with great audio quality, the JBL LinkView is going to be your best bet - and that's largely due to the dual front-facing speakers here. This is actually lower than the JBL LinkView is priced at other retailers for Black Friday, so definitely worth taking advantage of. The Google Home Hub is a smaller smart display, that doesn't have a camera, so if you don't need to video chat over Duo, then this is also a good option. Especially for putting in a bedroom or bathroom since it can't spy on you, since there is no camera.
These deals start on Thanksgiving online, and will be available in-store beginning on Black Friday. The majority of these will be valid through the weekend, though, as mentioned the $400 off select smartphones will end at midnight on Friday and be replaced by a $200 off deal. Remember that these discounts are all in the form of monthly bill credits. So to get the Galaxy Note9 for $599, you will need to stick with Verizon for the full two years, or you'll lose out on the $400 off here.
