OUKITEL WP1's Official Unboxing Video Is Now Live

OUKITEL has just shared an official unboxing video of its OUKITEL WP1 smartphone. This video has a duration of over six minutes, and it will give you a good idea of what the retail package looks like, and what you’ll find on the inside. On top of that, OUKITEL’s employee spent some time using the phone after it got unboxed, just so you get a better idea as to what to expect out of it in general.

The first thing you’ll notice once you open this white box is the device itself, and on the inside, you will find three small boxes. The very first box contains a USB charging cable, an OTG cable, and an adapter for earphones, as the OUKITEL WP1 does not have a 3.5mm headphone jack. The second box, which is identical in size to the first one, contains a 9V/2A charging brick. The last box, which is the largest, and the thinnest one, comes with a user manual, warranty card, and a SIM card ejector tool. Now, as far as the device itself is concerned, this is a rugged smartphone, and interestingly enough, it supports wireless charging. The vast majority of this phone is made out of metal, and it is IP68 certified for water and dust resistance. On the back of the phone, you will notice two cameras, and a fingerprint scanner, while all the physical keys are located on the right-hand side of this phone’s body.

The OUKITEL WP1 features a 5.5-inch HD+ (1440 x 720) display, while the phone includes 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The phone packs in a 5,000mAh battery, while it has two SIM card slots. 13 and 2-megapixel cameras can be found on the back of this phone, and the device supports 4G LTE connectivity. The Helio P23 64-bit octa-core processor by MediaTek fuels this smartphone, while the device comes with Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. A 5-megapixel camera can be found on the phone’s front side, while the phone’s retail price is $189.99. The phone will be discounted for the upcoming 11.11 shopping festival, and you’ll be able to get it for as low as $159.09 via AliExpress. If you’d like to know more, follow the link down below.
