ASUS - 1 x Windows Mixed Reality Headset: ASUS has brought a little something different to the giveaway as it’s offering its latest Windows Mixed Reality Headset to one lucky winner. The ASUS HC102 comes packaged with the main mixed reality headset as well as two 6DoF motion controllers. One of the main benefits of Windows Mixed Reality Headsets, in general, is that they do not require the usual level of hardware often encountered with headsets. BlackBerry Mobile - 1 x BlackBerry KEY2, 1 x BlackBerry KEY2 LE smartphones: The BlackBerry KEY2 is the latest premium smartphone from the BlackBerry Mobile brand and one that continues the company’s iconic look and feel through the inclusion of a physical QWERTY keyboard. While this does mean the display is not quite as large as those found on other phones, the keyboard does come with a few software tweaks designed to make navigating the interface without touching the screen even easier. Also on offer is the newer BlackBerry KEY2 LE. In many ways, this is the same phone as the standard BlackBerry KEY2. The difference is the LE model is a slightly lower spec version which comes with 4GB RAM, 32GB storage, and a Snapdragon 636 SoC. In addition, while both models feature a rear dual camera setup, the LE model features a 13-megapixel camera along with a 5-megapixel secondary camera. Otherwise, you can expect a near-identical design and experience, including the same keyboard, display size and resolution, as well as the same frequent updates, security benefits and Android Oreo.
Google - 5 x Google Pixel 2 XL, 10 x Smart Home Starter Kits, 1 x Google Home Max: Over the last couple of years Google has begun to cement its position as a hardware brand and in no small part due to the Pixel smartphone line. Speaking of which Google has provided us with five Google Pixel 2 XL smartphones to give out. This is the company’s flagship option from last year that's now been superseded by the all-new Pixel 3. However, the Pixel 2 XL is likely to appeal more than the Pixel 3 XL to those looking for a big Google phone without a notch. As the Pixel 2 XL features a similar sized body to the Pixel 3 XL along with a 6-inch all-screen display. In addition, Google has also provided ten smart home starter kits to give away. These are great little packages for those looking to get started with their smart home setup. Each starter kit includes a Google Home Mini and a GE Smart Light. So once set up, users will be able to command the Home Mini to turn or off the light bulb, as well as any other Home-compatible products you purchase afterwards.
Looking for something a little more powerful? Then maybe the Google Home Max is for you. This is arguably the most premium of the company’s Home Line as the Google Home Max is all about the music thanks to the inclusion of dual 4.5-inch drivers, custom tweeters, as well as Google’s machine learning smarts to automatically adjust the equaling to better suit the environment. All of this, of course, is in addition to the Google Assistant which likely any other Home-branded product comes built-in.
Hisense - 2 x 55-inch H9E Plus TVs: Hisense has kindly donated two 55-inch H9E Plus TVs powered by Android TV to the giveaway. The Hisense H9E Plus is a ULED 4K Smart TV that sports a sleek, bezel-less design and comes with premium features including Dolby Vision HDR, Wide Color Gamut, Motion Rate 240, Local Dimming and room-filling natural sound by Harman/Kardon. Honor - 1 x Honor 7X, 1 x Honor View 10 smartphones: The Honor 7X is designed to offer a solid experience at an affordable price and comes with an emphasis on the camera capabilities. As the Honor 7X features a rear dual camera setup consisting of a 16-megapixel primary camera along with a 2-megapixel secondary camera, in addition to an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. This is also a fairly generous smartphone in the display department as the Honor 7X features a 5.93-inch display along with an QHD+ resolution and an 18:9 aspect ratio. The rest of the main specs include 3GB RAM, 32GB storage, a Kirin 695 SoC, and a 3,340 mAh capacity battery, along with 4G LTE support for AT&T & T-Mobile. For those looking for something a little more powerful Honor has also provided an Honor View 10 smartphone. Compared to the 7X, the Honor View 10 offers a heightened and more premium experience. In the camera department, this means the rear dual camera setup has been upgraded to a 20-megapixel and 16-megapixel combo, along with a 13-megapixel front-facing camera. The display measures in at 5.99-inches and once again adopts an 18:9 aspect ratio. HTC - 1 x HTC U12+ smartphone: The HTC U12+ is the latest and greatest smartphone to emerge from HTC and comes with an emphasis on a pressure-sensitive user experience along with a heightened camera experience. This is the phone line which further introduced squeezable sides and the U12+ has built upon this feature with better response and a more intuitive experience overall. When it comes to the cameras, this is one of those devices that supports four camera with a dual setup on the front as well as the back. So you can expect a decent camera experience regardless of which camera configuration is in use. Huawei - 2 x Huawei Mate 10 Pro smartphones, 1x Huawei P20 smartphone, 1 x MediaPad M5 tablet: The Huawei Mate 10 Pro has now been superseded by the all-new Mate 20 Pro but you should not let that put you off as this is a powerhouse device which excels in the camera department. The Huawei Mate 10 Pro also features a 6-inch edge-to-edge display boasting a 2160 x 1080 resolution along with an 18:9 aspect ratio. This is all in addition to a premium design and build quality. The Huawei P20 launched earlier in 2018 along with the Pro model and looks to offer users a great camera experience along with an immersive display and a heightened level of performance overall. The P20 features a 5.8-inch display along with a 2244 x 1080 resolution and a notch. As for the camera, a dual combo can be found on the back consisting of 12 and 20-megapixel sensors, while the front-facing camera sports a 24-megapixel sensor. The MediaPad M5 is the company’s latest Android tablet which looks to offer a heightened video-watching experience thanks to the included 8.4-inch display with a 2560 x 1600 resolution, and dual stereo speakers. Although irrespective of what you use the tablet for you can expect a great level of performance thanks to the inclusion of 4GB RAM, 32GB storage, a Kirin 960 SoC, 13-megapixel rear camera, 8-megapixel front-facing camera and Android 8.0 (Oreo). iRobot - 3 x Roomba i7 Wi-Fi connected robot vacuums: iRobot has provided three Roomba i7 units to give to readers. This is one of the company’s best Wi-Fi connected robot vacuums and will ensure your home stays clean. As the Roomba i7 uses mapping technology to learn the unique layout of the home and each room, which in turn helps the vacuum to clean better with each cycle. Furthermore, the Roomba i7 is compatible with an Android app which puts the control of the vacuum further in the hands of the user with the option to initiate cleaning when wanted, as well as set room exclusions from the i7’s cleaning list. This is a great prize for those who have yet to see the benefits of robot vacuums.
JBL - 1 x Link 10, 1 x Link 20, 1 x Link 300 smart speakers with Google Assistant, 1 x Pulse 3, 1 x Playlist speakers: JBL is offering five chances to win with three of those coming in the form of different smart speakers that are all part of the company’s “Link” family of speakers. The first is the Link 10 which offers 2 x 8-watts, while the second is the Link 20 which sees the output increase to 2 x 10-watts. The third is the Link 300 and this is an altogether different speaker that packs a punch thanks to its 2 x 25-watt output. The first of which is the Lenovo Mirage Solo with Daydream which will greatly appeal to those looking to get more involved with virtual reality. As this is not only a VR Headset but it’s the world’s first standalone Daydream VR Headset, Making it a great option for those looking for a wire-free and portable VR experience. If AR is more your thing then you can be sure the Lenovo Star Wars Jedi Challenges is the prize for you. Tablets might not be the big seller they once were but they still offer great value to those in need of a larger display and Lenovo’s Tab 4 Plus is one of the better options currently available due to the emphasis on a premium design and greater performance. Lenovo offers the Tab 4 Plus in two different models with one equipped with a 10.1-inch display and the other an 8-inch display. LG - 2 x LG V40 ThinQ smartphone: LG has a number of premium smartphones for you to choose from in 2018 although the LG V40 ThinQ is the company’s newest and best smartphone to date. Even more so if you are interested in camera photography as the V40 ThinQ features five cameras in total with three on the back and two on the front. The end result is a smartphone that offers a heightened camera experience regardless of which side of the phone you are using. But that’s not all as this is also a phone that comes with a big focus on artificial intelligence and one that's highly tuned to the company's wider ThinQ ecosystem. NVIDIA - 1 x SHIELD with Remote and Controller, extra Controller and SmartThings Hub: NVIDIA’s SHIELD TV is the go-to option for anyone looking to get more involved with Android TV. As this is not only the most powerful Android TV device on the market, but also the most feature-rich and arguably the best supported. As part of the giveaway, NVIDIA is not only providing a SHIELD TV with a SHIELD Remote and a SHIELD Controller, but also an additional SHIELD controller, as well as a SmartThings Hub which will make it easier to take advantage of the smart home and IoT benefits on offer with the SHIELD. Although it’s big selling point is likely to be the 19-megapixel rear camera as this has the potential to create 3D pictures by scanning an object or a person.
The Xperia Ear Duo are in essence earbuds, although they are unlike any other earbuds on the market as they look to offer what the company describes as a “dual listening style.” That’s where you can not only hear the content coming from the earbuds but also the environment around you. The buds achieve this by utilizing a design which keeps the ear canal open so you can hear the outside noise as well as if you were not wearing earbuds. Besides the unique nature, the Xperia Ear Duo can also connect to Google Assistant and Siri for a greater level of voice assistant support and audible feedback on notifications.

Verizon is another of the brands taking part in this year’s giveaway and has provided two great prizes. Arguably, the first is the most-sought after as it’s the all-new Google Pixel 3 smartphone. This is the latest smartphone to come from the house of Google and in addition to running on the latest version of Android, the Pixel 3 is a masterclass in smartphone photography. While a lot of the hardware has not changed too much year-over-year, the difference with the Pixel 3 is the emphasis on dual front-facing cameras so you can get the best selfie, every time. In need of something a little smaller? How small is small enough? If we’re talking really small than the Palm by Palm that Verizon has provided should fit perfectly. As this is a very unique smartphone which can be connected to another smartphone to provide a smaller and on-the-go solution for when one is needed. This prize might not be for everyone, but if you are someone who wished they had a smaller and more pocket-friendly phone to take with them on a big night out, then this is that phone.
Xiaomi - 1 x Pocophone (Global Version), 1 x Mi A2 smartphones: Of the two Xiaomi phones on offer here, the Pocophone is definitely the most interesting. By all accounts, this is a budget phone. However, on paper it couldn't be any further away from budget sporting a minimum of 6GB RAM and a Snapdragon 845 SoC. Which is sort of the point here as Xiaomi has brought to market an affordable phone that packs in the power and performance you would expect from a flagship device.
