Deal: Sonos Beam Soundbar With Amazon Alexa Support For $359 w/ Code At Newegg - October 2018

Newegg is running a special on the Sonos Beam right now. Allowing you to pick it up for just $359. That is a really good price on this soundbar, seeing as it is regularly $399, and it hasn't really been discounted (except for one other time by Newegg, which brought it down to $389). So  if you've been looking to get your hands on the Sonos Beam, now is the time to do so. The Sonos Beam will be $359, but only when you use the promo code 1521UYLSPC10 at checkout.

The Sonos Beam is a great soundbar to pick up, for one, it has the Sonos audio experience that you come to expect from a Sonos product. This means that you're getting crisp and clear audio, with plenty of bass as well as some great sounding mids and highs. The Beam is also smaller than the PLAYBAR, by about 60-percent and about 28-percent shorter as well. And because of this, Sonos has added tweeters to the sides of the Beam, so that it is able to still fill the entire room with sound, even when it is working with a much larger TV. You will honestly be amazed at how well the audio quality sounds, coming out of the Beam, especially considering its size.

Sonos does include Amazon Alexa support here, and that means that you can control the Beam with Alexa and your voice, as well as the TV. Since the Beam is using HDMI ARC to plug into your TV, you can use one remote to control everything. That means that you don't need a separate remote for the Beam to adjust the volume. In fact, Sonos doesn't even include a remote for the Beam, nor the PLAYBAR or PLAYBASE. All of them work seamlessly with your TV, and that is something that other soundbars just simply don't do. Another thing that the competition doesn't do is, not use Bluetooth. Instead of Bluetooth, Sonos actually uses WiFi for streaming audio. Of course, you can use Beam simply for your TV, but you can also use it to stream music. Using the Sonos app, you can control what music is playing, whether that's Spotify, Google Play Music or something else. Using Bluetooth allows for better multi-room audio, and better sounding audio in general. And with it using WiFi, when you have multiple speakers grouped together, there's no lag between them, so it sounds like one big speaker playing.

Newegg does offer free shipping on this product, however its free shipping is somewhat slow. You can upgrade to faster shipping, if you don't want to wait around five business days to get your product, which most people won't want to wait that long anyways. Of course, if you are a Newegg Premiere Member, you do get free unlimited 3-day shipping, which is always nice to have. Though it's not quite as fast as Amazon Prime's free shipping which is two-days, it's still not bad. Newegg does not charge taxes in most States, so you'll need to check to see whether you'll be charged or not.
