Deal: AUKEY USB-C Charger with Power Delivery & Quick Charge 4.0 For $15 w/ Code - October 2018

Amazon is currently selling AUKEY's very popular USB-C wall charger that includes Power Delivery and Quick Charge 4.0 support, for just $15. However, that is only when you use the promo code AUKEY08A at checkout. That takes the price down from $22 to $15, which is a pretty good price drop for this.

This wall charger from AUKEY is a single USB-C port charger, and the charger does support both Power Delivery and Quick Charge 4.0. What this means is that you'll be able to quickly charge up your smartphone using this charger, but also charge a laptop like the MacBook Pro or even a game console like the Nintendo Switch. Two devices that do need more current to charge, than a typical smartphone. USB-C PD or Power Delivery is also safer for fast charging smartphones, so as we see more smartphone makers move to that standard, this charger is still going to work well to charge your device. Now keep in mind that this is a USB-C port, so you are going to need a USB-C to USB-C cable to charge your smartphone or other device. And if you don't already have one AUKEY does also have a USB-C to USB-C braided cable available, that you can pick up and use with this wall charger. Both of these are going to be great to use as a secondary charger for your smartphone (perhaps keeping one at work).

This item is also eligible for Amazon Prime's free shipping. Which includes free two-day shipping, and pretty cheap (usually $3.99) next-day shipping if you need it extra fast. If you are not an Amazon Prime member yet, you can sign up for a free trial of Amazon Prime. You'll get 30 days free (if you're a student, you get 6 months), and then it's $119/year (or $59/year for students). Prime members do get a whole lot more than just free shipping though, so be sure to check out the full benefits.
