Deal: Woot Selling Used Google Pixel & Pixel XL Starting At $189 - September 2018

Woot is currently selling the first-generation Google Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones, starting at just $189. The Pixel is available in 32GB for $189 and 128GB for $209, with the Pixel XL being available in 32GB capacity for $199 and the 128GB for $229. These are actually pretty good prices for these smartphones, seeing as they are still usually selling for close to $300 from B&H Photo. And these days, you aren't going to find any "new" Pixel or Pixel XL's, seeing as Google stopped selling these about a year ago.

The Pixel and Pixel XL are virtually the same phone, but with 5 and 5.5-inch displays respectively. Both are sporting the Snapdragon 821 chipset, with 4GB of RAM and 32GB or 128GB of storage. There is no micro SD card slot here, so you are stuck with the storage capacity that you pick up. The smaller Pixel sports a 2770mAh capacity battery, with the larger Pixel XL having a 3450mAh capacity battery inside. Both of these smartphones have been upgraded to Android P, and will also continue to get security updates for at least another year. These are Verizon unlocked models, which are also GSM unlocked, so that these are going to work great on AT&T and T-Mobile as well. But if you are a Sprint customer, this unfortunately won't work for you.

Woot does offer free shipping, but only for Amazon Prime members. So if you are not an Amazon Prime member, you will need to pay a flat fee for shipping. Although you can also opt to sign up for a free 30-day trial of Amazon Prime and still get free shipping here. So that's a great way to get around it, just remember to cancel your trial before it expires, or you'll be paying $119. Woot does not charge taxes either, which is pretty good for those that want a great deal.
