Deal: Sonos Beam Sound Bar With Amazon Alexa For $389 - September 2018

Amazon has taken $10 off of Sonos' latest sound bar, the Beam. This sound bar has Alexa built-in and was only launched a few months ago. So it's pretty impressive to see it already discounted on Amazon, especially since Sonos products are never discounted - similar to Bose. So if you were looking for a new sound bar, now is definitely the time to grab one.

The Sonos Beam is a great sound bar to pick up for a number of reasons. Firstly, because the sound quality is pretty fantastic. This is what you'd expect from a Sonos speaker anyways, some really deep bass, with crisp and clear mids and highs as well. But it is also pretty small, so it'll fit in your entertainment center, no matter what size TV you happen to have. It also sends out sound from the sides as well as the front, so even if you have a massive TV, it'll still fill the room with sound and be a great experience. It doesn't have Bluetooth, but you can still stream music over WiFi here, which is great because you get better sounding audio here. Additionally, there is Alexa built-in. So you can ask Alexa to turn up the sound, or even do things like turn off your TV thanks to HDMI-ARC which is what the Sonos Beam uses to connect to your TV.

This item is also eligible for Amazon Prime's free shipping. Which includes free two-day shipping, and pretty cheap (usually $3.99) next-day shipping if you need it extra fast. If you are not an Amazon Prime member yet, you can sign up for a free trial of Amazon Prime. You'll get 30 days free (if you're a student, you get 6 months), and then it's $119/year (or $59/year for students). Prime members do get a whole lot more than just free shipping though, so be sure to check out the full benefits.
