Deal: LG G6 Plus 128GB Unlocked Android Smartphone For $410 - Today Only

Amazon, today, has discounted the LG G6 Plus, as part of its Gold Box Deal of the Day. Allowing you to pick up this smartphone for just $410. It was originally priced at $799, and Amazon was selling it for around $600 before today's deal. That makes this a really good deal for anyone looking for a new smartphone. This is an Amazon Prime Exclusive smartphone, so you will need to be a Prime member for this deal (you can sign up for a free trial here if you aren't a member), and there are also no lockscreen ads here.

The LG G6 Plus is the slightly higher-end version of the G6, though the only real difference here is the extra storage. There is 128GB of storage here, but there's still a 5.7-inch, 18:9 aspect ratio Quad HD+ display here. There's also the Snapdragon 821 chipset inside, with 4GB of RAM. Now this smartphone is about a year and a half old at this point, but it is still a worthwhile purchase, especially at this price. It does sport the dual cameras around the back, with a regular 13-megapixel sensor and then a 13-megapixel wide-angle sensor as well. This makes it a great phone for getting group shots and even architecture shots. The LG G6 Plus launched with Android 7.0, though it has been upgraded to Android 8.0 and it is expected to get Android 9 Pie, though the exact timing for that update is still up in the air - since Pie only became official about a month ago.

This item is also eligible for Amazon Prime's free shipping. Which includes free two-day shipping, and pretty cheap (usually $3.99) next-day shipping if you need it extra fast. If you are not an Amazon Prime member yet, you can sign up for a free trial of Amazon Prime. You'll get 30 days free (if you're a student, you get 6 months), and then it's $119/year (or $59/year for students). Prime members do get a whole lot more than just free shipping though, so be sure to check out the full benefits.
