Deal: Anker PowerDrive 2 Elite Car Charger For $7 w/ Code - September 2018

Amazon currently has the Anker PowerDrive 2 Elite Car Charger on sale today for just $6.99. That's $3 off of of its regular price, but for a dual-port car charger, that is a pretty insane price. Make sure you use the promo code 30ANKERCC2 at checkout, to get the $6.99 price, however.

This car charger from Anker has an embedded micro USB cable - which is a bit unfortunate, many would expect this to be a USB-C cable - and then there is a USB-A port for using other connectors. So you can plug in two devices at the same time. Both of these ports use Anker's PowerIQ Technology, which is a proprietary technology that will charge your phone as fast as it can without damaging your phone. It will only charge at up to 2.4A, so you're not going to get the crazy fast Quick Charge 3.0 and 4.0 speeds here, but it will still be plenty fast. And it will also work with non-Qualcomm Snapdragon-based smartphones that don't support their Quick Charge 3.0 speeds. That right there is also a really good thing for those that don't have a Snapdragon-based smartphone. This car charger is only going to be $6.99 for a limited time, and this is an absolute steal, so you'll want to pick this up before it's back to its regular price.

This item is also eligible for Amazon Prime's free shipping. Which includes free two-day shipping, and pretty cheap (usually $3.99) next-day shipping if you need it extra fast. If you are not an Amazon Prime member yet, you can sign up for a free trial of Amazon Prime. You'll get 30 days free (if you're a student, you get 6 months), and then it's $119/year (or $59/year for students). Prime members do get a whole lot more than just free shipping though, so be sure to check out the full benefits.
