Deal: Anker PowerCore Lite 20000 For $46 w/ Code - September 2018

Amazon is currently discounting Anker's newly announced PowerCore Lite 20000 portable battery, bringing it down to just $46. But that is when you use the promo code POWERLT2 at checkout. That knocks about $17 off of the regular price, and for being a brand new product, that's a pretty good deal to say the least.

The Anker PowerCore Lite 20000 is a new portable battery from Anker which is thinner than its other battery packs. That's where the "lite" naming comes into play. It does have a 20,000mAh capacity here, so you are able to really recharge your phone a few times before needing to charge up that battery pack, which is definitely important. There are two USB-A ports here, which will charge up to 2.4A each. This is a really good speed, especially for those that do not support Quick Charging standards. This uses Anker's own PowerIQ Technology that will essentially talk to your phone and find out how much current it can take, so that it does not overcharge. Anker has also included two ways to recharge this battery pack. There is a USB-C port and a micro USB port on the side. So if you have a newer smartphone, you won't need to carry two different cables to charge your phone and this battery pack, which is definitely a nice thing here.

This item is also eligible for Amazon Prime's free shipping. Which includes free two-day shipping, and pretty cheap (usually $3.99) next-day shipping if you need it extra fast. If you are not an Amazon Prime member yet, you can sign up for a free trial of Amazon Prime. You'll get 30 days free (if you're a student, you get 6 months), and then it's $119/year (or $59/year for students). Prime members do get a whole lot more than just free shipping though, so be sure to check out the full benefits.
