Top 10 Best Car Mounts For Samsung Galaxy Note 9 - August 2018

The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is one of the best smartphones of the year, with a pretty large display. It has a 6.4-inch display here, which is going to be great for using while in the car - to do things like navigate and stream music. But, in many States, you can get a ticket for holding your phone while driving. So you're going to want to pick up a car mount for your phone, so that you can still use it for Google Maps or Waze, or even streaming music in the car. Luckily, there are a ton of great mounts available, and all of the ones listed below are universal mounts. So they will work on the Galaxy Note 9, but also other smartphones - in case someone else drives your car from time to time and has a different smartphone.

One of the more popular car mounts on this list is the Spigen Kuel S40 Stealth Car Mount. This is because it doesn't use a magnet to hold your phone in place, and instead opens up to hold your phone in place. It's a pretty small and minimal car mount to use, especially since it does fold down pretty small when you aren't using the car mount. Definitely an important thing these days, as it won't get in the way of seeing the road. The only downside here is the fact that it only works in landscape mode and not portrait mode. Which likely isn't an issue for most people anyways.

These are all great car mounts for the Galaxy Note 9, and will all be great for driving with. Some of these use magnets, while others have adjustable arms to keep your phone in place. So they are going to do well at keeping your phone in place - and not letting it fall if you hit a pothole. If you haven't already bought your Galaxy Note 9, you can do so here.

Maxboost Universal Air Vent Magnetic Phone Car Mount

Maxboost has a good looking car mount that will work with the Galaxy Note 9. This is an air vent mount, so it will clip onto your air vent and then mount your phone. This is a good position as it is out of the way of seeing the road, but close enough to change music without distracting you too much.

Spigen Kuel S40 Stealth Car Mount

This is a good car mount for those that do want to mount their phone, but don't want to use a magnet to hold it in place. This one sits on your dashboard, and you open it up to put your phone inside. This means that when it's not in use, it's pretty stealthy looking. However, the one downside is the fact that it does only work in landscape mode.

iOttie Easy One Touch 4 Dashboard & Windshield Car Mount

This is part of iOttie's new line of car mounts, which will work on the dashboard of your vehicle and it doesn't use a magnet to hold your phone in place. Which is nice for those that don't want to use magnets. It will still work with virtually any smartphone out there, which is also pretty good.

Lamicall Magnetic Phone Car Mount

This is another magnetic car mount that attaches to your vent. This one is able to be articulated in different angles which is really nice, as you can put it in the angle you want and feel the most comfortable with. It's definitely a good option, and still fairly small which is also important when it comes to car mounts.

SCOSCHE MPVA MagicMount Pro Magnetic Phone/GPS Vent Mount

SCOSCHE has a good looking magnetic air vent mount here too. This one also attaches to your air vent, and puts your phone in a good position to use it for navigation and such while you're driving. It does also use magnets to keep your phone in place, which is pretty cool, and works really well.

Satechi Universal Smartphone CD Slot Mount

If you're looking for a good looking CD Slot car mount, then Satechi has you covered. This is a great one to pick up, as it looks great when it's not in use, and also works really well. This mount also comes with protective film, so you can put the magnet inside your phone's case and take it out and into another phone's case anytime. Which is really convenient.

AUKEY Car Phone Mount

AUKEY also has a pretty good looking car mount here, one that attaches to the air vent in your car and makes it easier to drive. This one is very small, and it's out of the way when you're not using it, which is a really nice touch, to be honest. It is a magnetic one, so it will use a magnet to hold your phone in place, as expected.

Valuable Finds Car Mount for Popsockets

If you use a Popsocket on your phone to hold it in your hand easier, then this car mount is a must have. It uses the Popsocket to keep the phone in the mount, and doesn't require anything extra. It's pretty neat, and already uses something that's on your phone. This way you don't need to use a magnet to hold your phone in place.

Spigen Kuel A201 Car Phone Mount

Spigen's Kuel A201 is a great car phone mount to pick up as well. This is another air vent mount that uses magnets to hold your phone in place.
