Most of you have probably seen this one coming, Google Fit. This is Google’s very own fitness-oriented app, which can track your activity, no matter if you walk, run or cycle. This application integrates with a number of apps out there, such as Runkeeper, Strava, MyFitnessPal, and so on. Google Fit also comes in a more compact form on Wear OS smartwatches, and this application is free to use, while its UI is eye-pleasing and easy to navigate.

This app includes a really eye-pleasing UI, and will provide you guidance for working out at home, while it synchronizes with Google Fit. This app offers detailed video guides for workouts, while it also has 30-day ab, full body, and butt challenges. Three difficulty levels are also included in the app, and the app will push you more and more if it sees you’re making progress.
