Samsung has recently released an infographic that details the key selling points of the Samsung Galaxy Watch. The tech firm's latest smartwatch offering incorporates features that help users track their physical activities, stress levels, and sleep cycles. For example, the Galaxy Watch can automatically detect six types of physical activities, monitor 39 different exercise regimens, and record the workout history of the individual. Moreover, the wearable can measure people’s stress levels and track their sleep cycles, including the time spent in the REM stage of sleep. The Galaxy Watch also provides a breathing and relaxation guide to help people relieve stress, and it also presents detailed information regarding the individual's sleeping habits.
