mophie Announces Four Additions To The charge stream Family - IFA 2018

mophie, today, announced a slew of new wireless chargers, that are part of its charge stream family of products. mophie now has something for everyone, with these additions. It has announced a vent mount, desk stand, as well as two portable chargers that include Qi wireless charging. Since more and more smartphones are adding wireless charging - of course the iPhone's adding that last year definitely helped, grow adoption - it's not a surprise to see mophie add more wireless chargers to its lineup.

The vent mount and desk stand are pretty much what you'd expect. It's a vent mount that you can use in the car to wirelessly charge your phone while also using it for navigation and such. It's a good idea to have it on the vent in the summer, since wireless charging and navigation will definitely make it pretty hot. And air conditioning blowing on it will help keep it cool. The desk stand is exactly what you'd expect too. It's a stand for your desk that does wireless charging and it looks pretty neat as well. Now the powerstation wireless and powerstation wireless XL are battery packs that you can put your phone on top of to charge it wirelessly. Which means you won't need to bring any cables with you. Like other powerstations that mophie sells though, the capacities are somewhat low here. The powerstation wireless is a 6,040mAh capacity battery pack, while the powerstation wireless XL is a 10,000mAh capacity battery pack. Both of these work just as you would expect them too.

These are all available now from mophie's website, except for the desk stand, that will be available this fall. The vent mount and desk stand will be $69.95 each. While the powerstation wireless will be $79.95 and the powerstation wireless XL will be $99.95. These are not cheap, which is expected with them being wireless charging compatible, but they are also very high quality, which is what people expect from mophie.
