Deal: Sony WH-1000X M2 Noise Cancelling Headphones For $298 - August 2018

Amazon has dropped the price on the Sony WH-1000X M2's once again. Bringing the price down to just $298. That is good for about $51 off of the regular price of the WH-1000X M2's, and it also brings them back down to their all-time lowest price tag.

The Sony WH-1000X M2 are a great pair of headphones to pick up. These sport noise cancellation, which Sony has done a great job with perfecting over the past few years. These also sport ambient sound. What that does is it provides some noise cancellation, but not complete noise cancellation. This is good for those times that you are listening to music on a plane, or walking down the street, as you can still hear what's going on around you, but it doesn't drown out your music. Audio quality here is also pretty good, as you might expect from Sony. These do sport the Extra Bass feature that Sony has in most of their headphones and speakers. This is going to allow for some really good audio out of these headphones. Finally, battery life here is rated at around 20 hours. That is with noise cancellation turned on, which is pretty impressive. But if you turn them off, you can stretch that out to around 30 hours or even a bit longer. Of course, that is going to depend on your usage and volume levels, etc.

This item is also eligible for Amazon Prime's free shipping. Which includes free two-day shipping, and pretty cheap (usually $3.99) next-day shipping if you need it extra fast. If you are not an Amazon Prime member yet, you can sign up for a free trial of Amazon Prime. You'll get 30 days free (if you're a student, you get 6 months), and then it's $119/year (or $59/year for students). Prime members do get a whole lot more than just free shipping though, so be sure to check out the full benefits.
