Deal: Sony WF-SP700 Truly Wireless Earbuds For $149 - August 2018

Amazon has discounted Sony's popular WF-SP700 truly wireless earbuds today, bringing the price down to $149. That is good for around $30 off of its regular price, and it's one of the first discounts for this pair of earbuds. So it's definitely a good time to jump on board and grab a pair.

This pair of truly wireless earbuds are Sony's first pair in the truly wireless space. And it's a pretty good attempt. We reviewed these earbuds already, and found them to be some of the best earbuds on the market, especially in the truly wireless space. These feature three hours of continuous battery life, which isn't much, but that is due to the larger drivers inside and the extra bass here. Luckily, the included charging case is able to charge these about three times, giving you around nine to 12 hours of playback here. These are part of the noise cancelling lineup of headphones, so you're getting some really good noise cancellation here, as well as ambient sound. So these are good for the gym, but also for taking traveling with you, as you can block out the noise from the plane. These are Bluetooth, so it's a good option to pick up if you just upgraded to a new smartphone that has decided to get rid of that headphone jack.

This item is also eligible for Amazon Prime's free shipping. Which includes free two-day shipping, and pretty cheap (usually $3.99) next-day shipping if you need it extra fast. If you are not an Amazon Prime member yet, you can sign up for a free trial of Amazon Prime. You'll get 30 days free (if you're a student, you get 6 months), and then it's $119/year (or $59/year for students). Prime members do get a whole lot more than just free shipping though, so be sure to check out the full benefits.
