Amazon has taken $100 off of the price of the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus. Bringing the Galaxy S9 down to just $619 for the 64GB model, and $740 for the Galaxy S9 Plus with 64GB of storage. That is a really good price for the Galaxy S9, especially if you are looking for a new smartphone, but don't want to pay the four-figure price tag that the Galaxy Note 9 is commanding right now.
The Galaxy S9 is a great smartphone and it was released only a few months ago. It sports a 5.8-inch Infinity Display, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage and a 3000mAh battery. There is also a single 12-megapixel sensor on the back. Now the Galaxy S9 Plus is pretty similar, but it has a 6.3-inch display, with 6GB of RAM and a larger 3500mAh capacity battery. It also sports two 12-megapixel sensors on the back and has a variable aperture as well. Both of these smartphones are great ones to pick up for going back to school this year, and at $100 off, it's significantly cheaper than the Galaxy Note 9. The Galaxy S9 Plus is mostly the same as the Galaxy Note 9, minus the S Pen and a slightly smaller battery. So if you do want everything that the Galaxy Note 9 has, then the Galaxy S9 Plus is a good option here.
This item is also eligible for Amazon Prime's free shipping. Which includes free two-day shipping, and pretty cheap (usually $3.99) next-day shipping if you need it extra fast.
