Deal: Refurbished Sonos PLAY:1 For $119, PLAY:3 for $199 - August 2018

Sonos is offering certified refurbished PLAY:1 and PLAY:3 wireless speakers, bringing the prices down to $119 and $199 respectively. That's $30 and $50 off of their regular prices respectively. Now the thing here isn't so much that these refurbished models are "on sale" but that they are actually available. Sonos doesn't typically sell refurbished models. So this is a good way to save on some new speakers - especially since they rarely go on sale in the first place. Currently, the PLAY:1 in both white and black are in stock, but the PLAY:3 is only in stock in white, the black is already sold out.

The Sonos PLAY:1 is the company's smallest wireless speaker. It's a pretty compact one that offers 360-degree sound, and does definitely pack a punch. Now the PLAY:3 is slightly larger, it's just a bit smaller than a Google Home Max. It packs an even bigger punch than the PLAY:1 obviously. Both of these are wireless speakers, but not Bluetooth speakers. Sonos doesn't use Bluetooth, and instead streams music over WiFi. This allows for better sounding audio as WiFi has more bandwidth than Bluetooth does. It also works well for multi-room audio. You can have both of these playing music at the same time, and they will stay in sync, and not lag behind one another. Which is something that will happen with other multi-room setups out there.

Sonos is selling this on its website. You can pick them up now and get free two-day shipping on these products. Sonos does also offer up 45-day returns. So if you find out that you don't like this product, you can return it, no questions asked and get your money back. Though you likely won't be doing that anyways. Taxes are collected here, and that will vary, based on the State which you reside in.
