Deal: Refurbished Samsung Galaxy Note 5 & S7 Edge Discounted - Today Only

Amazon's Gold Box Deal of the Day is discounting some of the certified refurbished models of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S7 Edge, bringing the price down to $279 and $329, respectively. These are unlocked models, which will work on GSM carriers - AT&T and T-Mobile - as well as Verizon, since these are mostly Verizon models. That means that there is no support for Sprint, unfortunately.

The Galaxy Note 5 might be a few years old at this point, but it is definitely worth picking up still. It sports a 5.7-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display, with the Exynos 7420 octa-core processor along with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. The Galaxy S7 Edge is fairly similar on the spec side, but with a smaller 5.5-inch display and that display is curved. It does sport the Snapdragon 820 processor with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage as well. Both of these are glass-backed smartphones from Samsung, and do use micro USB connectors. So if you're looking for a new smartphone, that won't break the bank, and will also do just about any task that you throw at it. Now this is a certified refurbished model, but you can still get a warranty for this smartphone, in case something happens to the phone, you'll still be covered.

This item is also eligible for Amazon Prime's free shipping. Which includes free two-day shipping, and pretty cheap (usually $3.99) next-day shipping if you need it extra fast. If you are not an Amazon Prime member yet, you can sign up for a free trial of Amazon Prime. You'll get 30 days free (if you're a student, you get 6 months), and then it's $119/year (or $59/year for students). Prime members do get a whole lot more than just free shipping though, so be sure to check out the full benefits.
