Deal: C by GE Sol WiFi Connected Smart Light Fixture For $79 - August 2018

Amazon has the C by GE Sol, which is a WiFi connected smart light fixture, priced at $79.16. That is down from $149.99, and that's about 47-percent off of its regular price. So if this is a smart light that you've been looking to pick up, now is definitely the time to do just that.

The C by GE Sol is a pretty interesting light from the company. It's essentially a circular light, that has Alexa built-in. It's not just a WiFi connected light, but it actually has Alexa built-in, so you can ask your light different questions, and even order pizza with it, which is pretty insane. The C by GE Sol is a great looking light that will light up blue when Alexa is listening, so that you know she is listening. But it can also light up an entire room pretty nicely. This lamp does work with Alexa, so you are able to control other smart home products with this light, and it can replace your Echo, which is pretty nice. You can adjust the brightness of this light, using Alexa or using the app that comes with the light, which is available for both Android and iOS. Additionally, this light is made for sitting on a table, more than sitting on the floor. And that's because it doesn't have it's own stand.

This item is also eligible for Amazon Prime's free shipping. Which includes free two-day shipping, and pretty cheap (usually $3.99) next-day shipping if you need it extra fast. If you are not an Amazon Prime member yet, you can sign up for a free trial of Amazon Prime. You'll get 30 days free (if you're a student, you get 6 months), and then it's $119/year (or $59/year for students). Prime members do get a whole lot more than just free shipping though, so be sure to check out the full benefits.
