Blackview BV6800 Pro Coming On September 1, Design Revealed

Blackview has announced that the Blackview BV6800 Pro handset will become official on September 1. The company says that the BV6800 Pro is a direct successor to the BV6000, the company’s most successful smartphone. Blackview says that it had sold 10 million BV6000 units in two years since the phone got released, which is quite a feat for the company. Blackview also added that the company has spent more than two years on designing and engineering the BV6800 Pro.

Now, if you take a look at the video that is embedded down below, you will be able to see a teaser for the upcoming Blackview BV6800 Pro, while the company did reveal the phone’s design and its partial spec sheet. If you take a look at the provided images, you will notice that the BV6800 Pro is a rugged smartphone, its design kind of reveals that. It seems like the BV6800’s bezels will not be as thick as on other rugged smartphones, while the device will ship with two rear-facing cameras, and a rear-facing fingerprint scanner. Blackview’s logo will be included on the back of the phone, while its display corners will be rounded. The BV6800 Pro will be IP68-certified for water and dust resistance, while it will also come with MIL-STD-810G certification.

The BV6800 will sport a 5.7-inch fullHD+ display, compared to a 4.7-inch HD panel on the BV6000. The device’s battery will be quite large, the phone will arrive with a 6,580mAh unit, which is a lot larger than a 4,200mAh battery in the BV6000. The device will sport 4GB of RAM, compared to 3GB in the BV6000, and that’s pretty much all the spec info that Blackview released thus far. Now, if you subscribe on the company’s website for the BV6800 Pro sale, and you purchase the device before October 1, you will get a free gift package which is worth around $40, says Blackview. On top of that, the company is doing a giveaway for this smartphone on its official website, and all you have to do is fill out a questionnaire, link is included down below.
